The 8-week Mentorship program
For the founder who is just about to step into
the new version of herself.
You hold the vision. You have the plan.
And then life is knocking on your door.
______________________
We wish for a new level until it actually knocks on the door.
"Just a minute...!", you say and notice how you are absolutely
not ready to open the door.
It keeps knocking and knocking.
And you know, the moment you open the door,
there will just not be a way back.
There will be a new now and a new normal,
one that you have waited for and been preparing for, for so long.
Still, it's frightening. It's unfamiliar.
It's new. It asks you to let go.
It happens in ways that force you to change.
Asking you to leave everything you know and be brave enough
to step into something that is absolutely unknown.
You feel the pull forward ... and simultaneously,
you feel the pull backwards, holding on to the familiar.
The familiar doesn't want to hold you any longer.
That has become quite clear. It's not working anymore.
No matter how hard you try to hold it together,
it slips through your fingers, it's falling apart.
It's painful. And yet, it is purposeful.
A bigger life is waiting for you.
It's time to walk into the new life.
The new normal that you create for yourself is usually beyond anything that you have experienced.
It doesn't only take discipline to get there -
it takes a shift in how you speak about yourself.
Who is she?
What do you want your story to be like?
No matter if you are a first time founder at the start of your business, or hitting a ceiling after years in business:
the new level asks you to leave the old life behind.
For the ambitious, creative, talented woman who longs to let her ambition thrive in an aligned way.
You want to put action behind the alignment.
You value personal development and growth but don't want it to become a trap. You have experienced the power of inner shifts but don't want to refer to haling and inner work as a coping mechanism: you see it as a tool.
You visualize and negotiate, you listen to your instincts and follow through with the plan. You take care of your own well-being and challenge yourself to grow.
You aim for the stars and stay grounded, you set high standards and prioritize the spontaneous encounter with a creative idea, you hold yourself accountable and give yourself rest when needed.
It is not a contradiction.
It is simply a different way of building a business.
This is not about following someone else's blueprint.
This is about cultivating the self-awareness to discover
and stay loyal to your own essence, values,
approaches and decisions.
You don't relate to the purely strategic approach to building success, either.
It all needs a little bit more ... soul. That small percentage that is about feeling, being pulled towards a project without knowing why, trusting someone your words cannot fully explain but you have fully understood it is a nudge you have to follow.
The purely statistical, strategical and systematical approach to building doesn't resonate with you. For a reason: you have experienced the the more you take care of yourself, acknowledge your unique approaches, and "have your spark back", the more easeful everything becomes.
Blossom is the mentorship program that happens at the intersection of strategy and instinct. The one that integrates proven methods and system, whilst looking beyond the familiar frame:
We embrace and protect a mindset of "everything is possible".
Our approach
You will feel fully seen in Blossom
You are looking at your life and genuinely say: "This isn't it anymore." You have the long-term vision, more or less, but feel confused and uncertain about how to navigate this time transition.
You have outgrown even your business and it doesn't feel "enough" anymore. You feel a sense of guilt and yet, know that the honest truth is that something has to change.
You feel a strong pull towards growth whilst old patterns occasionally pull you back and both bring discomfort.
Your old identity and with it, the dreams you had, doesn't give you the same fulfillment it used to and you realize that your heart desires so much more in every aspect.
You struggle with stepping into the new identity since it hasn't show itself fully. You know that change is occurring, trust that you are close to your next level, but feel overwhelmed with the current chapter.
You are experiencing a recalibration: your sense of self is different and your experience rapid growth and insights. You're not the same person you were a weekend ago.
You look for guidance on this journey that combines both the depths of the inner work and the practical approach to routines, habits and getting the work done.
You embrace self-awareness and are ready to dive more deeply into it, to understand yourself better and with it, the actions, decisions and new habits that will move the needle.
1 New Identity
Session 1 - This is where we look at where you are now and where you want to go.
Before we define specific goals and metrics, we look at how it is supposed to feel. What is at the root? What do you truly long for? What are the emotions that you want to invite into your life and how does genuine fulfillment look to you?
We will then have a look at your current challenges and how these are related to your future vision. All is interconnected and related: your current challenges prepare you for the next chapter.
Once you have clarity on your new identity, it is easier to pinpoint what is required of you in terms of shifts in habits, thought processes, boundaries and next steps.
Your current schedule gets you to a certain point: how would you switch up your schedule, and with it, the default thought habits, to get to where you want to be?
2 Transforming skills into income - The Stategy
Session 2 - This is where we look at opportunities for creating new income streams.
Imagine yourself as the center point of a mind map. All outer lines are extensions of your skillset, talents, and experiences: these are money channels. Channels that hold the potential for drawing in (more) money.
Maybe you are at the brink of creating your first income stream.
Or you wish to add new income streams and diversify. Maybe you are burnt out by a business you built and feel a strong longing to realign your income.
In this session, we'll look at opportunities that offer solutions to others and feel natural, almost self-evident, to you.
This session is about spotting (more) opportunities to monetize your skills and create "money channels" that link back to your personal brand.
We'll explore how you could integrate new income streams and add subtle changes to your personal brand so it feels "updated" and aligned.
3 Transforming skills into income - The Shift
Session 3 - This is where we look at the stories that are still present when it comes to monetizing something that you are passionate about.
Maybe the income is inconsistent, feast and famine in turns. Maybe you are earning, but not in a way that feels truly aligned — trading too much time for too little return, undercharging people you genuinely want to serve, or feeling a quiet guilt around wanting more.
This session is the deep dive into all of it.
We start with the relationship between money and passion — because they are not opposites, even though we are often taught to treat them that way. We explore what happy money means for you specifically: income that arrives through work that lights you up, through offers you are proud of, through exchanges that feel genuinely good on both sides. This is not a fantasy. It is a standard worth building toward.
Then we get into the numbers — clearly, honestly, without the anxiety that often surrounds them. We map out exactly what it takes to reach your next income level: the pricing, the volume, the offer structure, the realistic path from where you are now to where you want to be. No vague inspiration, just clear arithmetic in service of a vision you actually believe in.
From there, we go into pricing — one of the places where the most talented people tend to shrink. We look at what adequate pricing really means: not what feels safe, not what you think the market will tolerate, but what genuinely reflects the value of your work and supports the life you are building. We look at where you are undercharging and why, and we begin to shift that.
Finally, we do the mindset work — because the strategy only lands when the inner conversation changes too. We identify the specific thoughts that are quietly keeping your income capped, and we replace them, consciously and deliberately, with the ones that belong to the version of you already operating at the next level. The thoughts you choose are not affirmations for their own sake. They are the internal architecture of your results.
4 Visibility
Session 4 - Your business asks for the most confident version of you. Here is where we look at what holds you back from stepping into her.
We all have a very specific visibility story, wounding, and process of unlearning when it comes to visibility. It is not always about getting in front of the camera and hitting the "record"-button. Some of us have been recording content very consistently: but the conversion rate stayed low. Some of us are confident speaking in front of others as an ambassador or representative: but when it comes to our own business, it feels challenging.
Visibility means something different to everyone. The individual challenge varies.
In this session, we go beneath the surface. We trace back where your visibility story began — the moments that taught you it was safer to stay small, to let others take the spotlight, to shrink your message or dilute your presence. These are not character flaws. They are learned responses. And they can be unlearned.
We will look at your own visibility story and the individual puzzle pieces that contribute to you becoming your truest and most confident self, ready to be fully seen. What does being visible actually ask of you — emotionally, energetically, practically? Where does resistance show up, and what is it protecting?
From there, we build your personal visibility strategy: one that is rooted in who you are, not in who you think you need to perform as. Because the goal is not more content. The goal is more you — clearer, braver, and unmistakably present.
5 Content Creation & Your Voice
Session 5 - Content is not just a trend. Authentic content creation means speaking from your truth. We'll explore it here.
Content creation is not a formula. It is an expression. And yet so many of us have found ourselves stuck in a cycle of performing productivity — posting on schedule, following trends, mimicking formats — while quietly feeling more and more disconnected from what we actually want to say.
In this session, we slow down before we speed up. We look at your own rhythm, your own needs, how you create best, and what conditions allow your creativity to genuinely flow. Are you someone who creates in bursts, or do you need a slow, steady ritual? Do words come first, or do you think in images, in conversations, in voice notes recorded on a walk?
There is no single right way to create — but there is a right way for you. We identify that, and then we build a structure around it. One that protects your energy, preserves your presence, and prevents the burnout that comes from creating on autopilot.
We also explore delegation and intuitive support: learning to see yourself as the talent, the creative lead, the voice — and understanding what can be handed off so that your focus goes where it matters most. The result is a content rhythm that feels sustainable, alive, and genuinely yours.
6 Your Voice: The bigger picture
Session 6 - Your words and your why, yes, they re beautifully interwoven.
A business is never just a transaction. Behind every offer, every piece of content, every client relationship — there is a vision. A set of values. A reason that goes far beyond revenue.
In this session, we zoom out. We look at the larger thread running through your work: the message you are here to carry, the change you are here to create, the people you are here to serve — and why it matters. This is where strategy meets soul.
Your voice, at its fullest, is not just a communication tool. It is an act of leadership. When you speak from this deeper place — from genuine conviction rather than curated positioning — something shifts. People don't just consume your content. They feel it. They trust it. They share it. They come back.
We explore what your bigger picture looks like: the legacy thread in your work, the values you want embedded in everything you create, and how your personal story becomes the invisible architecture of your brand. This is also where we look at the kind of impact that feels truly meaningful to you — beyond follower counts, beyond income goals — and how to let that guide the direction of your voice, your offers, and your business as a whole.
7 Removing old imprints
Session 7 - This is where we look at what's still standing in front of your canvas, holding you back from painting on your canvas called life.
So much of what holds us back is not a lack of strategy. It is the weight of what we inherited.
The beliefs we absorbed in childhood about money, worth, success, and who gets to have what. The family patterns that taught us to stay modest, to work hard and say nothing, to earn love through sacrifice or achievement. The ancestral stories about scarcity, about danger, about what happens when you stand out.
In this session, we do the deeper work. We map the imprints — the inherited scripts, the unconscious loyalties, the invisible ceilings — that are still quietly running in the background of your decisions, your pricing, your relationships, and your relationship to success itself.
This is not about blame. It is about awareness. And ultimately, about freedom. Because when you can see the pattern, you can choose differently. When you understand that a fear of being too much, or wanting too much, or having too much was never truly yours to begin with — you can set it down.
We identify the specific imprints most relevant to you and your current chapter, and we begin the process of consciously releasing what you no longer need to carry.
8 Outgrowing & Integration
Session 8 - Let it settle. Let it be the new default mode. Let it be a celebration.
Growth is rarely a straight line. Often, the most significant leaps forward feel — at first — like loss. You outgrow a version of yourself that once felt safe. You outgrow relationships, identities, narratives. You outgrow the story of who you had to be in order to survive, and you step — sometimes unsteadily — into who you are becoming.
In this final session, we integrate everything. We look at where you were when this journey began and where you are now. We name what has shifted — in your thinking, your energy, your relationship to your work, your voice, your worth. And we honor that.
We also look honestly at what outgrowing feels like in practice: the grief that can accompany expansion, the discomfort of no longer fitting into old spaces, the courage it takes to keep going when the new chapter is not yet fully formed.
Integration is not a destination. It is an ongoing practice — of returning to your values, returning to your vision, and choosing again and again to live and lead from that place. You leave this session with a clear sense of what you are carrying forward: the insights, the commitments, the new identity you have grown into. And the knowledge that this is not an ending. It is the foundation for everything that comes next.
The next level in your business begins
with how you see yourself.
From the one who creates to the one who sells.
From the one who sells, to the one who sells more.
From the one who is holding herself back, to the one who is comfortable and at home in her power.
From the "silly little side hustle" to the CEO of her own business.
From the one who is moving only within the frames of others, to the one who cracked the code, climbed through the cage,
and set herself free.
From the one who believed she couldn't look beyond the horizon, to the one who intentionally stretches her horizon of possibilities.
From the one who repeats a melody to the one
who sings the song of her own soul.
