- This coaching program consists of 6 sessions of 60 minutes in either a weekly or biweekly rhythm.
- You receive personalized email / messaging support to navigate upcoming questions and reflections for the time in between sessions.
- Access the complete library of 15 online courses during the time of your coaching. These complement your journey and serve as additional practice and guidance.

As the Founder of The Journal of a Healer, my work goes beyond a textbook approach but rather, grew from lived experience:
I personally stepped out of the corporate structure after burnout, moved to Mexico and started from scratch. I navigated all of the above mentioned challenges myself and have found a powerful tool in my own Journaling Method.
I have gone from burnout and heartbroken to building my own business and sharing my Journaling Method with Journalers across the globe.
My second book, The Healing Journals, sparked the coaching platform that you see today.
My work is meant to be a guide on a journey of self-discovery, stepping out of old narratives, navigating the challenges of outgrowing old structures, and empowering you to live your truth.
